Atmosphere is an early long-form electronic work focused on space and tone. The album is divided into six parts, each one exploring a different shape inside the same atmospheric field.
The music relies on slowly evolving textures, analog character, and a deliberate sense of openness. It is one of the records that clearly points toward the later AERA focus on atmosphere as a primary musical material.
